In addition to international recognition, he has received official awards from the Latvian Ministry of Culture and the Chancellery of the President of Latvia for his contribution to art and craftsmanship.

Following these recognitions, he was commissioned to create hand-forged silver ceremonial vessels intended as official presentation gifts from the Office of the President of Latvia to foreign heads of state and international representatives.

One of the most notable examples includes a hand-forged and gold-plated silver vessel created by Kaspars Millers, which was presented by the President of Latvia, Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga, to the President of the United States, George W. Bush, during the historic first official visit of a sitting U.S. President to Latvia.

His creations are distinguished by precision, material contrast, and a harmonious balance between classical goldsmithing traditions and contemporary design. Each piece reflects both artistic integrity and cultural significance.
